Example-of the Balanceworx upgrade where you can use a standard look-up table that can be entered by hand exactly as you see above using the ideal parameters for the look-up table.   Example of the calibration of a Pneutronics card using the RPM3 calibration box through the serial interface on the CMP tool. The RPM3 box will calibrate out non-linear devices but will also mask leaks in the system. The average time to calibrate one channel is 20 minutes using this method on two channels. This can mean an additional 40 minutes of calibration time.
 

IDEAL PRESSURE CONTROLL

Example of the calibration data from the factory from a unit in production. You can see that all actual pressure are within .03 psi of ideal pressure.
